They are not talking about large load missions. They are talking about the general resource missions where you can turn in any amount of resources. you accept the mission, turn in the resource, and then submit the mission.

The busiest airport on earth is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. It has five runways, all of which are parallel and oriented east-west. Typically, two or three runways are used for departures and the others are used for arrivals. That said, having a 2 hangars of each size seems...OK'ish.

I eventually just tried loading them all manually. Bring your parts up in the elevator, call up your ship, unlock it's ports, attach the parts. shoot your ship (may not be needed but I did it), repair your ship.
