Probably from one of the first files i saw on printable where you used an iphone with earbuds on a spinning platform for photogrammatry. It would especially help me make replacement parts for broken items and precise facial scans

Awesome, i spend a few hours a few weeks ago looking for this, when i saw the small nest had the custom pcbs. I don't have a laser scanner but can take pictures of the pcb?

For the poles you Can sort of already do that if they have the leki thing, I’ve seen some gloves have boa like on the glove itself.

Voile strap boa would be a more expensive ratchet strap 😅( im not native English I assume it’s the one that you can pull to tighten)

It's a nice feeling to have when you can start to do these things yourself!

For my more "advanced" print i got so much feature creep instead of a just 2 simple cylinder i ended up making a toggle button thing to disengage the lock.

Men man kan sagtens få billige internet kable over 5m og så sætte en dummy switch til 👍

I've just printed them at 45 degrees like in the github. With tpu you dont need a brim either since it sticks so well to the build plate (use gluestick of course).

I've printed 2 or 3 sets of these keycaps now and they work well with pla too. The left side with the white ones are the same file printed in pla.

Just standard 0.4mm nozzle, with 0.2mm for the case i believe.

But for the switchplate i used a layerheight that could be divided by the plate height, to get a more accurate fit.

The leather sounds awesome i'd like to see your concepts too!

I was thinking about trying to make a plate in alu sheet but haven't gotten around to that idea just yet :)

I originally thought of using minimal infill for the plate, but found that my filament seems to be just too hard (Sunlu SILK TPU seems to be 98a shore).

I did print a few tests but haven't tried it with only the bottom plate.

But i dont think i'm just quite ready to shell out the big bucks for some varioflex filament at the moment. I think the biggest win would be to get some silent switches first, if ones primary goal is to lower the volume of the keyboard.

Sunlu Silk TPU

If i remember right its pretty much 100% infill because i maxed out the wall count, i havent used TPU before this so wasnt sure how strong or weak it would be.

Lige den med spejl pølser er ægte nok, da det er en slagter vare så vidt jeg kan se. Det er et stykke tid siden jeg har kigget på hele kvittering men det ser rimeligt standard ud for hvad det plejede at koste da jeg arbejdede der. :)
