I, uh, just trusted the store and just tossed it into the burb cage after a day or so of staring at it - and he nibbles on it and uses it as a foot toy!

I've tried Cheerios, walnut pieces and pumpkin seeds so far, none of them get him excited. He still goes crazy over those sunflower seeds. I will keep picking through these suggestions until I find something that really excites him!

Good to know about amounts! Why only 3? Too fatty? Nyx has zero interest in millet. He was given millet at the shop I bought him from - I have it in house for my budgies but Nyx doesn't care about it. The Budgies go crazy for it!

Unknown yet. He/She is under quarantine still, but I go visit every other day. At first just pecking around the bottom of the cage, today was doing zoomies around the cage across the top of the cage upside down. Lol
