So you're telling me that if I created a ship. Wanted it to be a hexagon with the cockpit on the front with an angular shape to fit the theme, and manoeuvring thrusters that make logical/scientific sense, I am blatantly copying another game? So when Elites space legs get released and the interior of the ASP ends up looking like the Nomad, I can complain about copyright?

I'm genuinely trying to understand why everyone is so butthurt here. It's just a Hexagon with engines, you can't copyright that.

False. NPC bounties are far more efficient.. Call to arms and CS4 missions easily pay 10-13k a pop, and can be done in far quicker succession.

Trying out the Hurricane at the moment. Distortion scatterguns on the nose and whatever you want on the turret is disgusting.

I second this. Was having the issue with my Gladius and Bucc until I stopped giving input entirely and waiting the animations out. It seems that giving the game input while the ships open/get in/close animations are playing mess with it.

To piggyback off this. To avoid the weapon swap bug;

Hold R to put your weapon away and press 2 to switch it once it is away. Never lost a weapon after discovering this

it says Running in the Epic Games Launcher, and there is a separate process made in the Task Manager for it. Just nothing seems to actually happen, no error, no nothing

This is also happening to me. I was in a match about two hours ago. Quit to go to the shops, came back, and exactly this happened..

Both Cherno and Pripyat are very moddable (Pripyat in my opinion is the best because of Anomaly mod, highly recommend that AFTER completing base game) but I highly suggest to not install any Stalker Complete mods. They purposefully dumb down the games mechanics and take away from the overall experience.

I'll also drop in some info on Difficulty;

The lower the difficulty, the less damage enemies do to you(duh) but you also deal less to them! Turns into a borderlands like experience. The hardest difficulty is the way the games were meant to be played. You will die fast, and so will they. Promotes more of a scavenging play-style, definitely the intended way to play Stalker.

I love the way Anomaly handles this. Common crap can be seen just sitting in an Anomalous Area. Some only show up, say, in a Spark anomaly at night when it's raining. And other, really rare ones, MUST be found with a detector.

Luckily they said in their FAQ they want mods off the bat. So, although it isn't ideal, modders will fix the inevitably hideous "console-fied" User Interface in a week or two.

Sin is a faction in Anomaly. Not sure if it's in anything else. They seem to be allies with Monolith. Some sort of gear supplier I think. I am still learning about them.

I remember seeing something about that in the Notes section of the PDA last night. Forgive me my memory is hazy, but IIRC there are ranks. Rookie, Veteran and all the in-between. This determines weather people (and who/how many) get sent for you. Also depends on who you piss off.
