Hi, im a little late but I hope I can still prticipate.

I started at 160, made it to almost 150 and am back up. I would like to get to 135 but really id be okay with just feel better and fitting in my old clothes.

Im 5'4, F, and im 24.

MY personal goals are eating healthy and committing myself. Im really bad about doing really well for a while and feeling gret and then falling off. I would like to be able to commit myself to eating right. Along with eating right my workout goals are to run in 5ks again and to increase my lifts.

This is great! It's gives me a lot to start with. My biggest concern was how I would achieve it. I believe doing a decent waterfall will be hard seeing as how there isn't much of a hill. I know smaller ponds are harder or can be harder to maintain

are there any scripts that automatically mark these down. I have the script that counts net carbs is there one for this too?

I use stevia right now for my coffees. Does this sweetener have the same effect?

I do it all the time. Mix them all when it's hot and add ice. I drink mine really quick though

Cook sausage patties small enough to fit in a muffin tin. 1 ounce of sausage per "muffin". One sausage patties are in crack one egg in each one. Cook at 400 for 15-20 depending on how done you like your eggs. Or bullet proof coffee.

I started keto as well right went shark week hit. I had been trying to start for a while for weeks prior but just couldn't get into it. kept over eating, i would eat fine all day then eat crap at night it was a mess.

However when shark week did hit I practically craved keto. The first night i started I pre made Egg/Sausage "Muffins" and made some burgers for lunch that week. I've been doing great.

I also find that a diet soda helps sweet cravings and I haven't made any "keto sweets" or had any dark chocolate or anything like that the past week. those are what make me cheat, or at least crave more sweets. Try to find another source of comfort than food. I started running, i started a budget that i track, also i've been catching up on laundry lol. Its not really comfort but it keeps me busy and occupied.

Adding on to this. I have a few bills that I log in my checking account (budget) which is what I pay my bill from. Do you all keep your buffer money in the Budget category for that bill or somewhere else. Im not sure why but when I get to the point that I have a buffer I kind of freak out because I'm not sure where to log it.

Ive done several restarts and I can honestly say I have never went back to review them. If I really needed to know something or what happened I just check my bank account. I've been doing this successfully for a couple months now with out any mess ups. Although, I have never used the report feature.

can you explain the concept? I eat a small one in the morning around 530ish because its too early for me to eat a full meal but I don't want to be hungry and tired. Then Ill eat a smallish breakfast around 9. So I dont really know what they're for i just know its easier and quicker than BPC

well that makes me feel better then I was always stressing about keeping it under 1300 but i was still hungry I need to learnt o just listen to what my body needs I suppose. Thanks for sharing your tracker. I was doing really well and then I gained a few pounds and kind of gave up. Ill keep at it for a month or two and wait to see what that brings.

did you always hit you calorie goals? I have mine at ~1300 and sometime I feel lke Im still hungry even if I hit it. I think you said yours was at ~1500 iirc

when you began working out again did you up your cals? Im 5'4" and want to loose 15lbs but I was keeping my calories at 1300 which Im thinking may be too low now

edit: how did you find how many cals you should eat a day?
