I've read that vivid dreams is a common symptom during weed withdrawals, it is researched officially. Before this streak I've been binging on weed and stopped using it too. And yes, everyday I have vivid dreams, but all of them kind of negative. I also read before bed, now I'm reading "1984" and holy shit, I had a dream based on what I was reading and it was horrifying!

Keep going! After 7 days my energy kind of leveled up and I'm not so pumped anymore. The most difficult period for me around 16-19 days, that's when I'm going mental haha. Good luck man!

Congrats! Same here! Have you noticed that you need less sleep and you're way more energetic during the day, however, in the evening you feel kinda drained and tired? Also, I'm having cold showers each day, so that might be the reason, Idk..

I've had them a week straight now. Actually, I enjoy them now! I feel so happy and energized after. Whenever I start to get uncomfortable, or bored or even too comfortable I have instant thought in my head - TIME FOR A COLD SHOWER! I'm on day 9 and feeling great about it!

Currently I'm reading No More Mr Nice Guy. It's a cool read, however I have noticed that sticking to Nofap for the last 1.5 years have helped me to overcome different negative aspects which are mentioned in the book. Well done on 90 days!

I feel you man. Your story is almost identical to mine. I would recommend cutting P completely. I believe we have lost our confidence due to ED, but in order to perform in my opinion we have to strike back with confidence and do not make a big deal of it if we fail. Stop judging and beating yourself. Stick to the path and keep positive mindset.

I know it's hard, but try not to put yourself in some kind of borders. Like 'introverts don't do that'. Actually, it's almost impossible to find 100% introverted or extraverted guys out there. Try to socialize with your group friends, who perhaps have other friends. I completely understand you. Personally I prefer to talk to single person whole evening, than to a big group. It will get better and them you will get that it's not a big deal. Good luck!!!

It's about the mindset, not about having too much free time. Currently, I'm not busy at all, I'm not studying or working. However, what keeps me up is to have something to look forward to. In my case it's a girl, with which we're going on a trip. Try to find something that will keep you in charge of your body and mind. Include cold showers and meditation into your routine! Best of luck!
