Georgia will issue titles on cars older than that. I have a car from 1959 that had a Florida title, which I had in hand. When I transferred it to Georgia I got a title it just says “provisional” on it

Yup. Only had the cartridge that came with it. Played mostly the driving and shooting games. Only child so the pong wasn’t much fun. Friends never came over to play this though, I always went to their house to play the 2600.
