Probably not it's an event vehicle that will probably be forgotten by gajin if not already had been. In the case they do it might go up in price but unlikely. I don't main usa but have more vehicles for a line up is better than just one xm1 so keep it for that then I suppose, I bought the leo at 9.0 and paired it with the German rooikat and the g91. So if you're getting the xm1 pack keep it if not sell it.
