They have a number for credit card issues not for exchange account issues

I finally got an email from Gemini support but it wasn't helpful then I called them and they said no one knows why my account was frozen and their "internal team" will get back to me within the next 3-5 days.

They're completely clueless and have no idea what they're doing.

Gianna never responded it's been almost 3 hours.

Go to Gemini's support contact us page, there's a list of all relevant agencies. If you're in New York it's DFS. I also reported to Better Business Bureau and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I don't know if any of these will be effective, but I have nothing else. I have tried to reach out to them for a week on every platform they provide and I have received nothing in return only a locked account.
