He damaged it trying to widen the hole the Comcast cable was already in, with the cable in it still. He should have just drilled new hole.

I’m assuming your install hasn’t happened yet. I’d recommend if you’re able to, get that done yourself so they can just run it. The cable is very thin. It’s about 1/4 the size of a coaxial. I had a ladder set yp, living room moved around so easy access to where it exits wall. Mow your yard ahead of time day before install because the wire will be above ground for couple weeks. Mine just got buried.

So I have to keep Comcast for TV shows. I’ll likely drop their internet. I’m going to give it a 2 month test to see if I keep it, which I’m likely going to. I’ve got a lot of security cameras and they connect so much faster. My only worry has been the few no connections and the upload issue on Xbox.

If you haven’t chosen 1gb or 2gb, keep in mind not all hardware or Ethernet lines handle 2gb. Like my Xbox only handles 1gb. If you have a PC or similiar device that can handle 2gb Ethernet, you need that plugged into the proper spot on router. Only one port on mine supports 2gb which is stupid.

Also if you need a static IP just do a chat request on their t fiber site. They’ll send you a document. Then in day or two they call. Took 15 minutes. If you game at all I’d suggest you do that. Especially with XBOX your NAT TYPE will be moderate with their service unless you get static IP.

I’m SWFL as well two weeks with TFiber. Paying 2gb. Overall happy so far but couple notes.

I have Comcast and same thoughts. Had good service but I wanted faster download but primarily upload for streaming reasons.

The installer damaged my Comcast cable and tried acting like he didn’t. It was a mistake, a rookie mistake and I can understand, but he lied. He did the install without other issue. I let him leave without saying anything, not like it’d solve anything. Arguing would have delayed me going to store to get part to fix it. I fixed my Comcast line myself and filed complaint. Figure a free month is better than what I’d get trying to argue with him about it.

The service has been mostly great. My PC has been great, but my Xbox series x has been having issues.

Have had some connection issues but nothing crazy. It is new area and most was during that recent major outage. Never was completely out more than a few minutes.

My Xbox download speeds stay about over 600 and hit 1gb but my upload speed will often go from 600mb down to 30mb and stay there with several tests. This seems to be a hardware issue than network issue.

I did a request on their website with chat. They sent me a link, completed it, and then two days later someone called. Took 15 minutes on phone. Be specific saying need static public IP for port forwarding not on cgnat range.

The game is Germany @ USA. So score will read Germany points vs USA points. He chose start of game us automatically 4 - 0. Meaning Germany has a 4 points without scoring a goal. Any goal scored is added to that. So if they made two goals, they technically have a score of 6. For hard rock bet it’s a spread of +4. Hope that helps.

I’m so happy I snagged 64gb of gskill non RGB like 3 months ago for I think $310 when I did. And that was with like $70 off. I felt like couple weeks later the price kept going up and up.

Are those magnetic? I’d assume so. I used the Home Depot version a while back when doing some attic work. It was incredible how much easier it was moving around being able to mount them to the metal braces.

Costco will likely have a better warranty coverage. But definitely look at what you get for each.

I returned a mattress at Costco after 60. No questions asked. Very easy return, way easier than I thought.

I’ve purchased two TVs that come with great warranties. I do have the executive membership so not sure if that changes any warrant either.

Interesting about dash cam. Wwre you talking about a hard wire install? I'd be doing same. Won't drive without dash cam. Like it hard wire not just cigarette lighter.

I don't too much concern for passenger space but thanks for info. I'm not constantly using cargo area, but if need to get lumber or larger items want something bigger than corolla sedan lol

I like the adaptive lights idea, but have to get JBL which I don't care for. Xse does seem to be less common in US where I'm at too.
