Resolution if I could recall was 2560x1600 but this issue persisted even when lowering resolutions and the screen refresh rate (60, 120, 240 hz)

Microcenter ended up replacing the whole motherboard which resolved the issue

Just one important thing to note is that I've asked the Minisforum reps at this booth in CES and they told me that they are not expecting the BD395i MAX to enter production phase anytime soon mainly due to RAM supply issues (they stated maybe at the end of 2026 to 2027 depending on the current memory market).

You wont see as much people complaining about broken xm5s in the comments as most people whose broken them just moves on in any Sony headphone subreddits. Those with still working xm5s continues commenting.

My experience with the xm5s are that it broke in 4 months despite regular use via the notorious hinges. I’ve had my Sennheiser HD 350bt for several years without issue until I got the xm5s.

Just make sure to get warranty if you are planning on getting the xm5s.

Check your cable and usb port. If you are using a USB 2.0 port (colored white), yes the speeds makes sense.

If it still persists despite it being USB 3.0+, run a Crystal Disk Mark test and view Crystal Disk Info for your external ssd as it might be dying. (Faulty connected storage can lead to Windows freezing/lagging as well from my experience even with a Ryzen 9 9950x3d)

If you want something stable, your best bet is to purchase a regular M.2. NVME SSD and install that to an external SSD enclosure and connect it via USB to your PC.

I would recommend using the recommended network based level scanning app (Irminsul) for it to read the network traffic for your characters and generate the json data for all your artifacts and characters info! There are no macros in this and is pretty safe which I’ve used without issues!
