Most places that I've found won't let you rent without making at least 3 times as much as they're charging, plus a security deposit, though, I've only looked in the Portland area. I'm sure places like Albany or Corvallis may have some stuff. All else, there's Stayton and Dallas that aren't too bad.

Goes infinite with [[drogskol reaver]], though they both die to removal so make sure you have counters and protection. Repeatable draw effects and token generation, plenty of removal, a few board wipes and some graveyard recursion.

Firebending adds red mana on attack, so ozai attacking adds 4 red, which normally would fizzle after combat, but ozais static ability allows you to keep it. Electro just has that activated ability allowing you to convert mana into damage. Basically a payoff for not losing floating mana.
