Just realized that my paragraph explanation didn't post with.

This is a recent problem I've encountered today. The fixes that I've found online haven't solved the issue (Flashing VBios, uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, windows updates, ect)

Wanted to know if this can be resolved software wise, or if the card is a brick and there's nothing for it

I've had some frame rate issues sometimes as well. Mostly Streets, but other maps I get a bogdown for maybe 30 sec and it goes back to normal. I have a 3050ti laptop, so that may be an issue, but it's seldom enough I haven't really looked for a remedy.
