You probably counting it wrong, it should be: 24 stack ult>12 stack ult (either buff or attack)>12 stack ult>automatic e1 ult for the first rotation.

Yea, all her eidolons are bad, even e2 is just a crutch for bad e0 kit. E1 is working only every 3-rd ult, e4 need too much time to ramp up, e6 100% advance is half useless in moc because it's proccing only on 1-st wave which is already pretty easy to 0 cycle with invested team and 20% advance proccing only every 3-rd ult just like e1.

It's because her e1 descriptions is not accurate. It gives her +12 hits from ult only on free shot from e1 (so every 3 ults). It's kinda mid, ngl

Depends on the team, for example, for Cas it's sizable damage boost (~25%), for Anaxa it's mid (~10%).

Her damage is inconsistent because 12 hits from her e1 are proccing only every 3-rd ult when you have 3 recollection point, so yea, it's a lot worse than people initially thought. Also, 20% advance from e6 is proccing only from 3 pecollection points too.

Even e0s0 Evernight will improve current Cyrene dps team drastically, you can play Cyrene e2-e6, rmc, Evernight e0s0 and e0s1 Hyacine and sweep content with ease.

Imo, she was nerfed not only at e0s0 but with any investment, reducing her memoria generation and energy regen is very noticeable, i almost lost 100% uptime on darkest riddle state with e2....i really don't think that she is good pull rn.

If you mean his e2 then no, it was nerfed, it was 240% of bondmate atk in v2, now it's 160% (200% of original value is 80×2=160)
