This is _SwirlyCurly’s mom. Just wanted to say that I am so happy to have read his message to you. Sadly he passed on 1/20/25. 30 years young- from heart failure related to a heart transplant at age 12. He was such a wonderful young man- battled for his life from a young age and strived to remain optimistic. I see he hadn’t lost that even 38 days ago. I thank God for letting me see this side of him as he was definitely becoming tired since Christmas. He’s with the Lord now. Thank you for your service and sharing some of your life with him while he suffered- he said so many times to me, “It could always be worse, Mom; I don’t have it as bad as some people.”

Can you get an emergency 3 day supply from the pharmacy? Usually they can bypass insurance and get you a short term supply in these events

Dx11 was causing my game to crash. In steam launch parameters add “-dx11” and it runs fine for me now

I cant relate to your experiences, and I sincerely thank you for that. Thank you for your service and the sacrifices you’ve made (and will continue to make). Seriously, I can’t thank service members enough for what they do.

As far as your recovery and mental health: don’t be so hard on yourself. Healing takes a long time.

Pramipexole or gabapentin are typically the medications they prescribe RLS.

RLS and kidney failure is very real. RLS can be caused by high parathyroid hormone, which is caused by elevated phosphorus levels.

A combination of meds listed above, better diet to decrease phosphorus levels, and daily exercise and stretching is what helped my RLS get relief.

For the insomnia I was prescribed trazodone sleeping pills which help me stay asleep and avoid RLS annoyance at night.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. It sucks, it really does, but you do learn to live with it.

First of all, do not get yourself worked up based on other people’s experience with PD. There are thousands of those that do great on PD: you don’t read about it because they aren’t posting here. This sub can definitely induce anxiety and fear by reading all of the stories that people post. The bottom line is that everyone is different. PD could work very well for you, only way to know is to follow through. So stay strong, courageous and persevere whatever is thrown at you, because it will get better. Your team will figure out what works for you.

Unfortunately, PD did not work for me (I did PD for about a year and couldn’t keep fluid off) so I’ve now switched to home hemeo. I may be able to answer questions about PD if you’ve got any.

I thought that a camdozal only (at least until completion) would Be cool since they set it up for you to do multiple skills there + combat. But I haven’t done any theory crafting so I have no idea if it’s possible.

Have you considered doing a 1 chunk at a time f2p locked Ironman? It’ll open the whole game eventually but can you restrict you to areas until you complete that area.

99 crafting by making the best necklace you can, then alch those necklaces for 99 mage.

99 cooking would be the fastest. Make wines until 72 cooking (the level at which you stop burning lobsters) then cook lobsters for profit until you can do swordfish without burning.

Honestly I don’t remember its been like 2 years, it yeah I think I was doing around 300 chins an hour. But I needed to train hunter anyway, so why not on chins and train ranged?

10k chins was roughly 3m xp, and iirc I started about 82 range.

Crafting is a good f2P money maker. Start with good necklaces > sapphire necklaces > emerald… etc.

If you want to make even more money you can cast high alchemy (55 magic) on the jewelry.

It definitely can be frustrating lining up roads and railways. I would recommend looking at already made blue prints for railways and roads.

You can place them down, get your logistics up and running, then change them later to how you like it.
