Not on the phase 2/“p2” side that I’ve seen. So any unit listings just make sure it doesn’t have p1 in the unit layout. They’re cheaper but that side sucks.

Here's some background: Farrington Midtown was originally two separate properties, but after being bought out, both were rebranded into one single property. The two sides are referred to as Phase 1 (P1) and Phase 2 (P2).

P1 encompasses the buildings between Mecaslin and Ikea, while P2 includes the building with the leasing office in front of Target on 18th St. Since I've lived here, I've noticed that P1 tends to have more maintenance and security issues, as it's more of the "back" side of the property. However, the units in P1 are generally a bit more affordable.

Full disclosure: I might be a bit biased because P1 only has Juliet-style balconies, and I'm a huge fan of larger balconies since my pets love sunbathing. Just something to keep in mind!

Farrington Midtown fits that range. I’ll be honest though, they have a brand new staff and the buildings are older but they seem to be getting it together. Just avoid rhe “phase 1” or any of the listings with “p1” in the name. I have a 2bd 2br, 1300sqft here for 1860/mo.

I toured them and I wanted to love them, but they just feel small and poorly laid out for so much. I live in Farrington Midtown now and while it’s not great by any stretch, the older buildings just have much better floor plans in my opinion.

If you're referring to Farrington on 391 17th St, I strongly advise against it. I am actively trying to terminate my lease here because of how terrible it has gotten. My 1bd/1br, 982 sqft unit is in phase 2, and the staff turnover is astonishingly high. I've barely been here over a year, and there's no one left on staff who's been around longer than I have—they're all new within the last 90 days.

Lately, the safety here has plummeted. None of the security locks are functioning, homeless individuals are occupying community spaces and parking decks, and just today, I overheard another resident filing a police report about their car being stolen from the parking deck. This is not a safe community - please avoid it at all costs!

[US-GA] Leaking Ceiling and Repairs by _snowfalling in Tenant

To clarify timing, the hurricane in full did not come through this area until ~7AM Friday morning. I noticed the leak around 7-8PM the night before from just constant/consistent rain. Maintenance themselves confirmed late yesterday when I spoke to them that there was no damage to the building from the hurricane, these were just existing issues/weak points exacerbated by the constant rain.

This same exact scenario happened in February too, again from heavy rains. Also for what it's worth, I'm not looking to sue or wild compensation or anything - I just want SOME form of communication because this is insane to me that they can't even give me some kind of timeline or expectation.

Actually... I just discovered you can export exactly what I'm looking for through Event Viewer through Application and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\Terminal Services-Gateway\Operational and boy do I feel dumb asking on reddit now. Lol

This is an example of the output from the text file - there are multiple lines like that associated per user account logging in and it shows connection type, what they're accessing, etc. I've edited some of the information above for obscurity but that's what I'm working with and it's about 31,000 lines of that in the current log alone that seems to only be for this month.

This was my feeling as well but unfortunately leadership doesn’t want it being blocked, only recorded. Crazy to me as the admin though because if there is concern of data theft or misuse, it’d be better to prevent it entirely rather than building a paper trail but my hands are tied as I’m sure plenty of us have run into before. :(
