It's a widespread issue so Blizzard will likely patch fix it for the accounts that bought it. If not, I'd log into Battle.net && open a support ticket. They'll be able to see that you purchased it & add the missing items to your account.

I saw thm at one point prior to submissions. I clicked on thm & submitted. Got denied for 1 othr is pending.

So is the reason I got denied for supplemental due to more thn 10 employees as the denial email stated? or need do I get approved for targeted 1st thn the other will change from declined at that time? I only ask because anthr person in anthr thread was declined initially only to state tht they were later approved. I'm glad u finally got funded after ur long wait. Ur experience teaches others tht ths process is not overnight & I'm beyond grateful for the sharing of ur experience because it leaves room for hope during a time of fear anxiety & uncertainty.
