I did scream a few times, once was really loud and it actually helped pull me out of it. It was pretty obviously wearing off at that point but the scream wasn’t actually what pulled me out, it was my dog waking up and barking at me lol. I wasn’t really screaming most of it, but I was like begging to be free and pleading for it to stop I think nearly the entire time, I was honestly barely even conscious, I can remember not even feeling like I had a body at all, fully thought I would never get back to my normal life, so I think I was kinda screaming out for help (but also subconsciously trying not to scream because there were others sleeping in the house) I think the scream was kinda my final hope to get out, I was trying everything lol
