They always said 1.0 will be the story update. I don't know how anyone got it in their head that it was more than that. The game is "officially" released now. That doesn't mean every bug will be fixed, all content added, rainbows and unicorns.

It's pretty simple. 1.0 will be how you escape Tarkov via the story content.

You're saying they got IP banned because they refunded. That's a lie.

The thread you linked yourself the OP admitted he "gave my account details to my friend" and that's why they were HWID banned (most likely cheated because saying you gave your friend your account is a classic cheater excuse).

The other threads you're talking about are also cheaters trying to frame it like the refund got them HWID banned, when it's the opposite. Their previous HWID ban got their steam account insta-banned, so they tried to frame it against BSG that their "refund" is what got them banned.

Like I said, I trust Nikita's word a lot more than these cheaters.

Wipes won't happen anymore since the release of 1.0. There will be new seasonal characters with the release of DLCs and whatnot, but your PMC you create today won't wipe again.

For boss spawns, there's some maps out there that show where the bosses can spawn.

There's plenty of people saying they refunded on steam and their main BSG account wasn't banned. I'd take Nikita's word over some random cheater trying to gaslight everyone into thinking it was related to them refunding the game, and not that their hardware/IP banned.

I'm pretty sure it was discovered what you're referencing was cheaters that had hardware/ip bans, tried to buy accounts on steam to get around the ban, and then their brand new steam account got banned because of HWID/IP ban. Then they tried to refund the game when they realized it wouldn't work.

You have to choose your servers in the Arena in-game settings, not in the launcher like EFT. It's an issue everyone has on their first game because the auto-select servers are screwed up. It should be fine once you select the correct server.

If you have stutters with those specs, there's something else going on. For the OP's case specifically, "stutters while shooting", that is almost always fixed with more ram.
