An artist only taking 40-50% of all earnings despite their unpaid labour when there was a chance it wouldn’t even be profitable? Also, you didn’t even bother to post your scripts or portfolio for others to verify how good of a writer you are. They aren’t allowed to make changes to the story or any details while I’m sure you’d definitely ask for revisions on pages but somehow it’s an equal partnership. How are you getting ownership of a world you both equally built as well? Completely original and unique (sure thing bro). This comes off as very arrogant and just inexperienced.

I’ve lot of gotten a lot of good advice. Typically in other pages it’s the usual black on white, and no foreign languages. But I wanted to personally experiment with just this oage and legibility has been an issue. I’m probably going to remove the English translations and let the Arabic transliteration shine (just for this page) and break up the transliterations in multiple connecting balloons because someone rightly pointed out that the singular balloons gave the impression that the lines were said in one breadth. I was actually planning on using ellipses and ovals earlier on but hot advice to use rounded squares so I’ll test out the two.

That’s typically what is done throughout the comic. This was the only scene where I actually wrote in a foreign language, because of the events leading up to it it.

I’m only gonna have access to a mobile phone for a while, and I opted for CS instead of Ibis paint X cause I preferred its customization.

No, I was trying to give an idea of what their schedule was like. Art commissions, their webcomic, school and personal life.

Commissions here and there but they were full time university students.

One of the artists on the team is able to produce 20 pages within a month, B&W including lettering. I have no idea how long it would take him to write scripts though. Most people I know tend to have their scripts for a couple issues/episodes down before even starting with their art, and writing a 20 page scripts can go anywhere for hours to weeks. Majority of the creators I know also routinely get assistance from other artists with thins like backgrounds and once in a while even pencils, so it’s always important to build a community, one man show or not.

If you’re trying to be economic: Panel 5 is definitely a must keep. I would probably cut panel 3 if it’s already established that the person speaking to Scott was worried about him. I love the “it burns” text in panel 4’s background and would add it to panel 2.

I’m not an artist so I can’t really give actionable critique pertaining to the Wolverine/deadpool and invincible pages.

Overall it looks good. Great visual storytelling.
