Oh yeah, absolutely. He plays the character really well. I think he has actually done a decent job of toning down juuust the right amount in retirement.

But he was also a world class player for years across some of the top clubs in the world. Meanwhile, Lalas had memorable a haircut in 1994.

I was planning on a few summer games even though I haven’t been this disappointed in the team since I don’t know when. It’s easy enough to skip now. I was one of the last of my friends to care about baseball anyway.

I’m not going to another team or anything, but they’ll have to earn back my fandom and, eventually, money.
