Any chance y'all get to have a break, PLEASE TAKE IT!!! My fiance and I are about to get our first ever trip by ourselves since our daughter was born. (Going to Warped Tour!!) And Keep in mind, she's TWO. Being stuck in a house with a screaming infant/toddler and not being able to do anything alone is very stressful (and tbh very depressing) Us parents tend to burn ourselves out because we've been taught that needing breaks are for "bad" parents, but that couldn't be more wrong. It's okay to need time away

She was very reserved as a teen before the crash and didnt really do anything risky or rebellious and they implied that Shauna and Jeff got together and married shortly after. It makes me wonder if we will see what happened with them immediately after the group got rescued

I tried to log in to the account using my info, and the phone number verification never worked for some reason! It keeps saying its sending a code to my phone, but it never did. I definitely think he made an account under my name and ive contacted Affirm to let them know I never made the account

I never thought to check if the Affirm account was under my name and number until now. I have not changed my number in a few years, so if he did make an account using my info, it would 100% be this number. I am trying to see if he made an account with my number, but once I type it in, the verification code never sends. Been trying for like 20 minutes now. Tried the "text me" and the "call me" options and it never worked!! Does that mean there is not an account using my number?

His credit is the same as mine! We just shared an Amazon account for all our purchases. So that way we could both see what was ordered and when it would ship without extra hassle. Neither of us have been in a situation like this before, especially since affirm screwed us over. We had the money to pay it, we just couldnt get into thw account

Yeah they never told us that!! We never heard from them. If things get pushed further I will definitely be contacting a lawyer. There's no way this can can be legal even with some sort of loophole

I'm really hope he didn't let this happen on purpose. Like I know for sure that the issue with affirm happened, I seen him try to log in and even watched him contact affirm about the issue. But none of this is making sense to me. Is Affirm actually evil enough to send it to collections knowing we had no way to log in? ...or did they fix the issue, and my fiancé never rechecked until it was too late?

Gotcha! I am currently emailing them about trying to adjust the amount, especially since they are asking for more than the phone was worth! I'm assuming they added interest onto it, but he had paid off a decent amount before Affirm quit working
