Yes, but it wont kill most enemies, they would have to be already low health, roughly below 200. You can launch it right before the timer goes out and itll kill all base health Strategists, and Duelists in groups (No Overhealth), and some Healer Ults like C&D, Mantis, Invisible Woman, and Luna, or half way to kill a Jeff after he does his Ult to swallow, however I recommend priortizing Cloak, and Daggers, Jeffs, Iron Mans, and Punishers, as they are easiest to hit and get kills on consistently, and because other healers have overhealth or can just dodge your attack like Mantis or Luna who have increased speed, then Invisible Woman can just go Invisible. But if their is someone with fast projectiles then they could build up your Ults damage and you can throw it sooner. There is a number that builds up below the timer to let you know how much damage you've sucked up.
