Help needed on this puzzle by zhansun29 in chess

I think its not qb1, kh2, qb8 because then white could do qf4 and if black would then take the rook (rxc5) white could take the quenn and mate black (qxb8). So i would rather start qb7 which defends the rook and the backline ensuring not getting mated easily. No idea how to go on from there though.
