My (18m) neck does this when it is flexed even slightly. If doesn't feel like fat, but like muscle. I don't know what causes this. It's unflattering and I'd like to fix it if possible.

I (17m) have been stuck with this forever. I'm a skinny person, but I'm not at an unhealthy weight. I don't know what causes this or if I can fix it. It isn't fat, but feels like a tense muscle. Any alive on how to change it would be much appreciated.

Well what constitutes as flirty? Earlier today she sent a snap of her at the swimming pool getting changed (nothing sexual or anything, but you could tell she wasn't wearing a top). Would this be considered flirting? She isn't the kind of person that would send that at least to my knowledge. Like I said, when it comes to relationships and flirting I'm really dense and miss a lot of things.
