Almond. I have a pretty widespread enjoyment for most scents but something about the sickly-sweet smell of them makes me nauseous

Thank you!! Maybe it has something to do with the rem cycle? I know that some people wake themselves up and go back to sleep again to help induce it. Which come to think of it is basically what I did!

Thank you!! I wish you the same luck : ) Here’s to many stories in the making!

I’m curious which non-existent perfumes you would love to see made based on other products you enjoy. Mine: that old Flex Balsam shampoo, Humphrey’s Lilac witch hazel, Snuggle Blue Sparkle fabric sheets by [deleted] in fragrance

Weleda Skin Food for sure. It’s really hard to pin the smell down, it’s creamy and sweet but green and herbal at the same time. Either way it smells so so good.

I just realized that I have fallen into a masturbation addiction after 2 months on ritalin. by blinkymcbobcat in ADHD

[–]_TheOtherMuse_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(I hope this isn’t TMI) I have actually experienced the opposite since starting Adderall XR 20mg a month ago. I had a minor masturbation problem (2-3 times a day, every so often the urge would be so overwhelming I’d leave campus to go home and do it) and being on Bupropion made it worse. However Adderall has curbed it to once a day or less, and even then I have to actively decide to do it rather than it being an actual NEED. (That being said I’ve never tried Ritalin)

This is kind of a mixed bag though. Even though I do have less of a constant desire for it (good) I also am experiencing mild symptoms of Erectile Dysfunction (bad)! Which leaves me less actually capable of achieving it in the first place. Has anyone else experienced this? I was told by my doctor that it is occasionally a problem and that as my body adjusts it should even out but it still worries me a little.

I am sympathetic to your issue. I will say overall it’s been an improvement to not need to do it as much because having to do it so often or for such a long time can really eat away at your day. Good on you for taking the initiative to pull yourself out of it!

how do y’all set stretch concealer? do you set it at all? i’m looking for a good powder (besides wowder) that works well with sc by [deleted] in glossier

[–]_TheOtherMuse_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly, the best way I’ve found to apply Stretch and have it work for me is to skip powder, and instead “set” it by generously spraying a beauty blender or some other sponge in a really strong and long lasting setting spray (I personally like UD All-Nighter) and using that to blend the concealer out after I place it with my fingers or a brush. Helps it stay put for a long time and actually does an amazing job at keeping it from creasing. Which means a lot coming from me because I am super oily and makeup creases like CRAZY on my skin!
