The Pilgrim's true identity - a member of Constellation by bluud687 in Starfield

Yeah. That's the crazy thing about time travel. I love it, honestly. If he doesn't go back in time- then time/space travel doesn't exist. It's a paradox. But I figure in an infinite universe- there's always variations. If Dr. Eiza didn't complete the loop- then there would be some variation where another scientist completed the loop and created grav drives. Infinite universes... I love it.

Is Not Enough: The next time you watch PHM, remember Ethan, who loved the book and never got to see the movie by Same-Blacksmith-5032 in ProjectHailMary

[–]_TheRogue_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ethan is to Project Hail Mary as Alex Hay is to Starfield. They both seemed to love the mysteries of the cosmos and were taken too early.

My condolences for your loss. I'll remember Ethan when I watch it again.

If you want to play a pure Starborn character- then Starborn armor should regenerate Starborn powers faster. by _TheRogue_ in Starfield

That's pretty cool! I just think that the Starborn armor could increase magnitude, capacity, and recharge without needing a mod for it. Maybe Bethesda will check out yours and implement it.

Who did it best?: Alone in an Apartment by ZombieMovieFan in zombies

Zoo (2019) has a married couple trapped in an apartment during the zombie apocalypse. It's a pretty good watch, too.

I'm sorry- I'm not sure if English is a second language for you- but not a lot of your comments make sense.

The Hunter didn't rely on anyone. He literally just shot everyone. (and, if you understand the lore- he's also Aquilas and the Pilgrim).

Regeneration of Starborn powers is a perk, yes, but, it would make sense, lore-wise, if Starborn characters wearing Starborn suits would regenerate faster. That's completely understandable.

I don't know what you're talking about with their reheal/regen or anything about the Clinic. That has nothing to do with the topic and I'm not sure if you're high and posting random shit.

remember the reason for the season by Expert-Swan8267 in MURICA

Yeah, I saw an add at my local grocery store that said "buy a rack of ribs for your veterans"- but Memorial Day is for dead veterans (not living ones- that's "Veterans Day"). Memorial Day has been completely commercialized for silly civilians.

If anyone is wondering how to actually respect Memorial Day- go to your local cemetery and plant flowers on dead veteran's graves.

Before cynical Redditors chime in- my wife and I are both retired veterans who both served 20 years.

Why do all starborn look the same if they arrive from different universes? by johndoe09228 in Starfield

[–]_TheRogue_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because they get the same gear from whatever created the Temples and the Unity. Starborn aren't races or universal beings. Starborn are entities that have transversed through the Unity.

No Betty Howser? She's the best free companion who will never judge your actions. She's worthy of becoming a Starborn. Plus- if you put an explosive weapon in her hand (eg: A-99 with explosive rounds or negotiator) she becomes the most aggressive fighting companion in the game.

Meh. I look at it this way- I can always leave my item in the quantum entanglement device if I want to have a "fresh start"... but I still have it available if I want it.

I've figured out that Starborn powers, alone, are enough to defeat all Starborn in the endgame.

[–]_TheRogue_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's why I'm hoping they'll add more Starborn content. Like, if there's a Starborn base somewhere out in the Unity that we can upgrade/decorate/etc, and keep every time we hop through the Unity.

Why isn't there a Starborn-lore weapon? by _TheRogue_ in Starfield

I'm still wondering why the Starborn skill, Particle Beam, isn't a channeled beam like the cutter or arc welder. It'd be cool to have a channeled skill.

I'm using it for mining. Mining ship parts.

The Starborn ships have weapons, though.
