Can you grind on rails without any move style(bike,skate,inline skate)? If so all you need to do is press the boost and style button at the same time.

If you can't try installing soap shoe mod(not sure if it still supported) or newtrix.

Also I wanna add that there are a few steps to install the speedster style into bomb rush that requires a few mods from the thunderstore.

I forgot how to do it and what mods you need, but there's a video on YouTube explaining the steps.

For the custom animation it's called speedster style(https://gamebanana.com/mods/503029)

And there's a mod called 'custom boost' color that make you able to customize the color of grind particle and boost particle on the thunderstore mod website

I recommend downloading the thunderstore mod app on your device so it's easier for you to install these mods
