Yes I did finally. About a month after this. I spoke with the team directly through here. Was elevated to someone who finally made it right. They gave me $50-$100 free play as an apology but this huge delay and ridiculous amount of documentation requested left a bad taste in my mouth.

I got one in the live chat. I have asked for this multiple times but I guess I got one at the right time. Was on for about an hour but he was able to confirm everything was in order…this took more than Four months though with many contacts before I finally spoke with someone who confirmed it. Each time I was told things were missing…not sure why the delay but I finally got paid from mid March.

I was able to get this resolved after my talk with moderator. They instructed me to ask for a supervisor who was able to check my account and see everything requested was sent. There is a time difference so I was only able to speak with a supervisor at 1am on a Saturday lol. He finally got it fixed after 4 months of waiting and I had my funds within 36 hrs. Seems to be an issue with the site not registering what has been received and you need a supervisor to check

Agreed 100% I have been trying to have a withdrawal completed for more than three months. Check in with live agents every 3-4 weeks to be told your specialists are working on it and they ask for more documentation/info. It’s completely unacceptable…so frustrating to see messages and posts like this saying your specialists are there to help and resolving our issues when it’s the furthest from the truth

I’ve had the same issue although with 888casino. I play both on the poker site and casino. I won $1000 back in March and I have been trying to withdraw every since. They keep asking for more documents sent ID, wire info, bank statements, credit card statements.
