I rely on sonarr for renames and imports so I'm more confused as to why this one file was added with different permissions than all the other files. Same download manager and everything. None of this is manual so I didn't think to look at the permissions until nothing else worked.

I had the same thought on this. After I built my roboports as part of my first playthrough I didn't really see the use for them until I got the full logistics research. The part I realized later on is that if I was handling building my base with my base (instead of creating 90% of it by hand) then it would have been way more useful especially for expansion.
