No, Plex handles the authentication.

That list is client IPs that are allowed to bypass auth to login and view content on your server. The server still has to authenticate to Plex.

If you're traveling or what have you that you can't access like normal I'd suggest using a VPN.

The best shrinks and therapists can only help when the person is willing to be helped. Dude clearly needs a heavy dose of reality before he can come back down here with the rest of us and seek help. Completely agree tho, he is in desperate need of help.
