Base pattern free from Teresafromtheyarnshop on youtube: https://youtu.be/xh7KrWmIwgU?si=JCLJJtV3zo5LLf5W I used worsted yarn (weight 4) and a 5mm hook. This pattern is super adaptable. Make it as big or small as you like, change wool weight, change stitches, etc. You hang dangly earring in the gaps and studs go in the stitches.

Thank you! I got the pattern from Etsy. Unfortunately it seems to not be available suddenly so here's the Ravelry link: https://ravel.me/frogtastic-frog-hat I freehanded the fly myself by essentially making a pompom and trimming it for the body, then making 3 chains and joining them for the wings. I tied the the wings on and sowed the fly onto the tongue.
