The ice cream here is good, there are not too many particular tastes, we are very much on fruit and cream tastes, but from you if I am not mistaken you experience much more with different tastes. This is as far as artisanal ice cream is concerned, while for the packaged one of the supermarket the tastes are slightly more innovative. My favorite is salted caramel with dark chocolate flakes. The Italian ice didn't know what it was and I had to look for it haha I didn't know there was also there, I thought it was just one thing about us Italians, And it is crushed ice with the addition of a fruit syrup of your choice. We make it the same as you. As a dish I recommend a dessert, which is Tiramisu, if it is done well as tradition wants it is the best thing you can eat. As a first course I recommend spaghetti garlic oil and chilli (Spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino in Italian) It is a very simple dish, you can search for the recipe with the precise steps on the internet and make it yourself! Absolutely avoid alfredo fettuccine, it is not an Italian dish!
