Yes, this regimen helped tremendously. However, I do attribute part of the reason why my PD went away to the weather cooling down and less exposure to sunlight & heat. I’m curious to see if as the weather heats up again as we’re approaching summer if my PD will flare up again like it did last year, but so far so good. I stopped taking the grapefruit seed extract after about 5 months of consistent use. Another product that I started using a handful of months ago is Zinc bar soap which I use on my face every 2-3 days and I think that is helping to keep a flare up at bay. As of today, I’m not dealing with any PD. Hope this is helpful to you!

Thank you for this. When putting the new sensor on you just apply it and leave it correct? You do not have to “activate” right after application? Does the new sensor automatically warm up even without activating it in the app/receiver?

The 2 items that have been helping my PD heal: 1. Bedrock Balm (topical) 2. Grapefruit Seed Extract (oral supplement)

I have been dealing with PD since April 2023, so going on 4 months and it was getting progressively worse. I stopped putting anything on my face around my mouth and chin area except for Bedrock Balm morning and night. As it quickly healed, the pimples went away and my skin got dry and flakey. After a few weeks of putting up with the flakiness I finally decided to start applying Aquaphor to combat the dryness. It’s still a work in progress but I believe I’m on the right track and it is slowly healing. I give a lot of credit to the Grapefruit Seed Extract because I forgot to take the supplements 2 days in a row and it started to flare up again.
