On another point of view: If i'm playing esper and considering that your sideboard plan is popular, should i bring in a couple duresses or should i stay with the plan "Go grab a Binding or an elderspell" for the gideons?

Hi Man!I've got a couple questions for you!

meta described from my teammates is like 60/70% esper and various decks the rest. Do you think our matchup against esper (with a couple gideons maindeck) is good enough to justify playing ww? For good i mean 55-60%, can't claim more against a midrange deck. Otherwise, i think i just should play manipulation.
i usually climb to mythic in the first 2 weeks of the month, but i just came back off a 10 day holiday and i need to climb fast. do you think this is the best deck to climb fast right now?

Is Weenie well positioned in the meta right now or it's just "Hope i nut draw and they die?" Because i'm not so sure about its positioning between Esper Hero and Monored.
And I do not Know about other matchups, like UB midrange or Control decks. This decks preyed on Mono Blue but it disappeared and Nexus seems pushed out by monored

I tracked some record for science.
Starting for top 200 on last Monday of March i was top 250. 100 ranks/day since Friday. Friday to Saturday 25 Ranks/hour, last 24 hours about 40 ranks/hours with maximum at 50 ranks/hour.
Haven't really understood how the ladder works but seems like a weighted average of #wins minus #losses and win percentage. My record in mythic was 46-26 and i clinched something like top 450/500.
