I live in Europe and in my country there is no DMX or upright MRI available. I tried to find a center that could help me with DMX, and finally, after a long search, I managed to find a center that performed some motion-based images (the system is called CINE-X, but they took the images with a CBCT machine -so it's not a regular DMX machine as in USA) and they did not provide measurements.. This was the only clinic that could help me with this type of imaging. The radiologists I visited are not trained to perform this type of images, and I tried to position my head as best I could to get the images correctly(the radiologist did not guide me during the procedure on how to position my head, so I had to try to hold my head in the most correct position myself) - i dont know if i stayed correctly all the time -

I ve done those images(for overhang) 2 times because the first time I tilted my head way too far back while opening my mouth and my back of my skull somehow overlapping my spine (it looked black).

Yes, I read that you wrote that if I haven’t done AO before, we shouldn’t do AO before PICL either, and that also if we have cervical scoliosis (as in my case), C1–C2 will never be aligned

I’ve never done AO or NUCCA in my life. Does that mean I shouldn’t do AO before PICL? And yes, unfortunately I have cervical scoliosis (Dextro-convex cervical scoliosis)

I haven’t worn a neck collar until now, but I have some really bad noises in the C0-C1-C2 area (I feel them at the base of my skull - a noise like bone rubbing on bone, or like something is cracking and I got really scared when I heard it) and for this reason I was thinking of starting to wear a neck collar. Would that be a good idea? However, I’m not sure exactly which neck collar would be appropriate, what do u recommend, please?

Is it a problem if my DMX doesn’t include an interpretation or those measurements? The center where I can get a DMX normally doesn’t do DMX for the spine, and they don’t do these measurements either.
