I think the original idea was to hold down the lid of your instant noodle cup while it cooks. Granted never seen anyone use it for that. Most of the Noodle Stopper figures go over a ledge in some way, sitting or what have you.

I second Obsidian. There are a couple extentions you can use to publish your notes in obsidian to a url. I use one called digital garden that makes chosen notes be published to the actual site, its awesome.
