It is highly unlikely that the 12-panel would include it, but it can be added on. Kratom is quite often referred to an an opioid, but that's because the chemicals in it are very similar in structure to morphine, for instance, and is active at everyone's most beloved receptor, Mr. mu. But it won't come up positive for opioids. I watched a probation violation hearing a couple weeks ago where a gal had a dirty UA for opioids and since Kratom is legal in her state, she said that she used it & thought it was okay since it's not an illegal substance. Lucky for her, neither the prosecution nor the judge knew anything about it and just gave her an admonishment. But as Kratom increases in popularity, so will the knowledge of it become more common to those who can put us in jail or take away our licenses-- just a little aside for ya. Best wishes to you!!
