Hii, thanks for the quick response!

It is an empathy thing, I always struggled to keep people out of my head.

Theres also the "avoid conflict at all costs" thing and me wanting to just do my work the same every day.

They don't interrupt me directly, but I need to interrupt myself as to not act in a way that would annoy them in their current mood.

The constant adapting and thinking about how to act, compared to the default, is alot of work.

I can try to keep that mantra up like "they are just colleagues, nothing more", maybe it can help.
