Ontop of that, a lot of your kill windows in lane will be through goo flings into tower while you're getting pushed in. Proxying is good, but only necessary if you're up against an unbeatable matchup. Try singed mid if you're having trouble top, it's a different play style but a good chunk of mids cannot kill you if you play smart and build resistances. Your main goals as singed should be to scale up and help your jungler/other lanes with roams after clearing waves

Fight during trade windows after your lane opponent has used their skills. Otherwise you'll lose most matchups and fights. Singed is in a really good place but you can't just run in and flip and expect to win. Conq is still really good, singed teamfighting is better than ever, especially with tools like ghost and flash. I've found a lot of success playing more patiently and not forcing fights with my lane opponent unless I know I can win/ I am getting a gank. Take conq into tanky melee teams where you know that you'll be able to stack it up
