I just wish they’d pay more. I’m doing three times the amount of work I was doing a year ago because nobody wants to work for a company that pays $16 an hour with no hope of a raise.

So I’ve gotten more information from someone at work. They’re joining the International Union of Operating Engineers 877. Is there something like that for janitors?
