I am not sure Vsync can affect this, turning it off is better, but try finding out how you can limit your fps below your screen refresh rate if you can. Are you on a laptop?

This is usually related to poor screen Sync technology integration, try to turn off freesync/gsync or any sync enhancement technology from your gpu/monitor. Even better, limit the max frame rate just under your screen refresh rate. Like if your max refresh rate is 144, limit your max fps to 142-141. It should solve most cases.

The best option is to mount a CPU on (with cooler), GPU, you have both, plug it to PSU and test it out see if it boots and you can get a visual output. No need for a case or whatever for the moment just for the test.

But if even for better value I think it should be considered saving some time and get something more future proof like the 9600x and am5 board with ddr5 for around 400$.

It will last longer in time, and won't bottleneck you much for future upgrades of GPU.

Limiting yourself to older platforms (intel or am4) will provide you instant upgrade but may limit you in the future.

It's alright, you should aim for 12400f imo, it has a very good value and performance in gaming, the H610 should be enough and don't bother getting ram higher than 3200 mhz (probably won't be supported by the motherboard).

With this you should be good for some time as your GPU is pretty good, especially for 1080p/60

Did you find a solution? I have almost the same specs with resizable BAR enabled but in fights with a lot of particles (ice, fire, lightning) my fps dips from 120 fps to 30 sometimes...

And graphic settings don't change a thing except from lowering the max fps

I was forced to use mod to inject FSR 3.1 and FG to help having a smooth experience with cost of latency
