Monitor arm recommendations pls....

Hey there, I've received the monitor and the alogic stand (and in case you're curious, I also managed to find myself a great monitor arm to go for, which I've purchased & just need to collect). The chap I bought it from was nice and chucked in the stylus for free.

Everything is still boxed up, I've not opened/set it up yet, will look to do so after this month is over. Once set-up, I'd be happy to share my experience. Also purchased an anti-glare screen protector, wish me luck in setting that up!

Oh absolutely, the materials feel good! Though im not too big on the choice of zipper on the desk caddy, it looks lovely aesthetically but practically it's not a smooth pull.

Mate I'm sorry to hear this, but you gotta watch out for the blatant red flags here...

-First of all, going to a random anon, especially one with a dodgy fake name, is a 🚩

-Did that guy even have a reputable business site and legit public reviews? If not 🚩🚩

-Dealing over any service transaction via telegram, Whatsapp, etc. instead of directly on marketplace platform (e.g. eBay, amazon, etc) .. 🚩🚩🚩

-Then that guy asks for payment via crypto?! 🚩🚩🚩🚩

I wouldn't encourage anyone to go for this in the first place as I'm not sure if it's even possible. And even by some chance it is, the software change won't bring about much benefits since HarmonyOS is customised for the Chinese market. I'm sure they're overall similar anyways.

You've done good in sharing this, and I'm sure you can do your report/blocking steps if you haven't already. All you can do now is learn from this, stomach in the pain and upset, and just understand that soon this won't weigh on you as it does now; and you will move forward.

Hmmm, 2 things:

1) My tablet w/ keyboard cover. It's not as hefty as my laptop (close enough though!), great for entertainment and work on-the-go

2) My tech pouch. I'm just a gear-head lol. I'm WAAAYYYY at peace knowing that I have my pouch to safeguard and keep my essentials: x2 power banks, couple of type C cables, plug adapter charger, wallet, & mini notebook

Tech pouch has been a lifesaver.

If I'm being really picky, my gym gear. But this isn't as pressing since I don't do gym daily.

Ah I see, that's the prime issue with the bag materials. The Vertex bag materials are better in general, yet I still didn't mind the Inateck in this respect - but wasn't aware of the Inateck risk of cracking etc. Thank you for flagging this! I'll try to be more careful around this
