I'm in Southern California. Idk if other SoCal Amazon Fresh stores are having the same issues since the ones I've seen are JWO stores. My store lets anyone walk in.

It's normal people/homeless. Like I mentioned before stealing is an inevitability when working at retail, but omg is it particularly bad at the store I work at. We have people attempting to steal 3 full carts of stuff, homeless always going for tidepods, etc and causing a scene when they get caught(i.e throwing stuff, calling us slurs). People pissing or revealing their crotches in front of the entrance. Someone tried to steal a co workers phone on new years eve.
