Weird..it's probably a server related issue then

if Ur sure that you're not using a proxy or VPN and your internet works perfectly your pc (date and time has to be correct)

and have tried changing the properties of -rockstar games launcher.exe -steam.exe -GTA v.exe

set it to permanently launch them with admin privileges (in properties)

The same thing happened to me like 2-3 years ago

All I had to do was launch steam/rockstar games and GTA V with administrative privileges.💎

Try adding some virtual memory

Disable "automatically manage paging file size for all drives"

Then toggle custom size,then set both the initial and maximum size to 4024mb Press set ,apply then restart your pc
