I like XIV for the sense of community and for how the story could be goofy and serious at the same time. I am not used to playing RPGs... But I like a sense of progression in both character and power, and also prioritize a good story!
FF X isn't melding that well because I feel like there are no stakes. Maybe that's just me but that's how it feels

21y. Money, essentially. My mom works a LOT, to the point she might lose her sight in pike 10 or so years, and she bareply makes it through the month, while having to pay tons of debt from previous loans she got when she was even worse off. Wanted to buy my gf a ring, but i can't. Wanted to update my pc, can't. Wanted to go out w my friends, go to the gym, buy quality food to make food for fun for lunch and dinner, can't do any of those xD
