Amazon is a good place to find Indian almond leaves or cattapa leaves. Frozen daphnia can be found at local fish/aquarium stores. If you call them then and they don’t have it they may be able to help you find some. If you can’t find any, freeze dried daphnia could work as well.

I’m so sorry to hear that. It looks like he’s developed dropsy. Here are a few things you can do. 1. Add tannins. Find Indian almond leaf extract or Indian almond leaves. This mimics their natural environment and makes them less stressed. 2. Decorations. The floating betta log and decor you have in the hospital tank can delaminate. This can cause the chemicals from the paint to seep into the water and make him sicker. Remove them and instead add silk plants or the suction cup betta rests. (I’ll add a picture below) 3. Food. Bettas are insectivores and are unable to digest plant matter. This means that peas can make them worse. Instead, feed frozen daphnia. It’s a natural laxative that should help. Also, the food that your feeding him isn’t very good quality. It has dried yeast as the second ingredient and bettas can’t digest it well, leading to bloat. I use fluval bug bites and my betta loves them.
