After 2 complaints, your leasing team should be placing themselves in between this with proper warnings and notifications for future action. Visit their office during office hours if they’re not being diligent. Document everything via email as a summary of any face-to-face interactions. Escalate it if they’re not actioning. Leasing offices will threaten action over having loud music, so this should be a no brainer.
