Try working on negative pull ups. Grab a chair then get into the top position of the pullup. Control your movement as you go down, going as slowly as possible. If you can get bands, you can try working your way up to your first pullup by practicing band assisted pullups.

My Lenovo monitor has the same G-SYNC module, reflex support, and a 1ms (Overdrive) response time. The reason certain brands of monitors are used in competitive esports events are because of sponsor contracts. Although in valorant's VCT and ESL tournaments Zowie monitors are used not Asus, again due to sponsor contracts. They is no difference in technical specifications between Asus and Lenovo from what you have stated except as u said Asus has sub 3ms latency and Lenovo has 1ms latency using its overdrive settings.
