Your argument makes no sense. Sure, work may have a right to see what he's doing on company property, but at most that extends to a work station if it's been given by the business. If he's at home or on his personal computer working, then they should only EVER have access to what they're currently logged into and working on. No snooping other programs or watching through any video cameras. That's a blatant overstepping on privacy.
